A Reckoning with the Energy of Abuse
A spiritual perspective on humanity’s ongoing dance with darkness
A few years ago, at an essential point in my healing journey, I attracted friendships or acquaintanceships from a few different people who each had histories of being in abusive relationships. At the time, it wasn’t clear to me why I was attracting these particular people into my reality.
I see clearly now that these experiences were ultimately part of my personal healing and spiritual growth, and they also helped me to develop a deep understanding of humanity’s collective karma. It was part of my learning to understand the interrelationship between narcissistic abuse, codependency, and dark energies such as galactic entities, demonic spirits, and black magic.
During that time, I was doing a lot of inner work and healing. The more I healed, the more clear it became that being around these particular people was somehow causing setbacks in my healing. In each case, I started to sense that there was something in their energy fields that was trying to “take” something from me. Like a parasite trying to suck out my energy.
